This prelaunch notice describes the data used by the current development service. The operating company, privacy contact, provider arrangements, and approved retention schedule must be published before customer launch.

Information you choose to share
Early-access requests include your email and shopping or selling interest. Support and deletion requests include your contact details and the information you enter. In the Android app, account features use your name, email, phone number, account security data, addresses, orders, and support history. Merchant applications include business and tax-registration details.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the feature you request, secure accounts, review merchant applications, manage orders, respond to support requests, and maintain operational records. Waitlist emails are used for launch updates. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, full payment details, or identity documents in public forms.
Service providers and financial information
Production financial and identity-verification providers have not been activated. No live financial service is offered by this build. Before activation, the service must disclose the relevant issuer and providers, their roles, the information shared with them, and the notices and terms that apply.
Cookies and access logs
The staff website uses an essential, HttpOnly session cookie to keep staff signed in. The application and its hosting infrastructure process request and security logs. This build does not include advertising trackers. Staff access to operational records is restricted by role.
Retention and deletion
You can request account deletion from the Android app or this website. Identity verification is required before account action. Information that can be deleted is removed or anonymized. Financial, tax, fraud, security, and dispute records may need to be retained for the applicable legal period or an active legal hold. Final record-specific retention rules and request timelines require operator review before launch.
Questions and privacy requests
Use the support form for a privacy question or the account-deletion form to start a deletion request. Requests are recorded for follow-up. The operator must publish its legal identity and dedicated privacy contact before launch. Do not use the prelaunch service for sensitive personal data.
