Issuer disclosure is a launch requirement
A production financial issuer has not been activated in this build. The actual issuer identity, program approval, customer account structure, support route, limits, and issuer terms must be published before financial services can open.
Capability depends on your account
Even after an approved program is activated, specific services depend on account verification, provider permissions, account limits, and each enabled capability. A marketplace seller review does not activate financial services.
Balances and development data
The app separates available, pending, locked, and outgoing amounts. In an explicit development demo, all balances and transactions are synthetic. They cannot be redeemed, transferred as real funds, or treated as money held by an issuer.
Fees, restrictions, and support
Approved financial fees and limits must be shown before confirmation. Final issuer terms must explain failed and pending transactions, refunds, complaints, restrictions, and account closure. No insurance, escrow arrangement, provider partnership, or government approval is claimed by this development service.
